Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently completed a 6 nights, 7 days Kashmir trip with Travelling Folks as a family of four (my mom, dad, brother, and me), and it was an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience.
From day one till the last day, Iffat Mam coordinated everything so smoothly. She was extremely caring and thoughtful — especially towards my parents. She specifically arranged ground-floor rooms keeping their comfort in mind, which really meant a lot to us.
During the trip, we once needed medical help, and both Iffat Mam and our driver Yamin bhai were always there for us. They helped us find a nearby doctor immediately and also assisted in changing rooms whenever required. We truly felt supported and taken care of throughout the journey.
Our driver Yamin bhai deserves a special mention. He was very polite, sweet, and helpful. From airport pickup on day one to drop-off on the last day, he was always available. He happily stopped the car whenever we needed a coffee break or washroom break. He was not just a driver but also a guide, being a local from Srinagar. He shared amazing insights about every place we visited — from local food recommendations to the best shopping spots. He is extremely knowledgeable and made our trip even more special.
The food was excellent, especially the Kashmiri Wazwan, and all other meals were delicious as well. The hotel rooms were clean, tidy, and hygienic, including the washrooms. The hotel staff was friendly, open to feedback, and made changes whenever we requested.
Overall, this trip was truly memorable, and all the credit goes to Travelling Folks, Iffat Mam, and Yamin bhai. I would definitely travel with them again and highly recommend them to my friends and family.
